Gruntman & Geek: Issue 10

Yes, this is the final issue of the first series. So what's next on the agenda for Gruntman & Geek? Two things ...
- First. We're going to redo the entire first series and put it in one comic. Will the story-line be changed? YES. The issue by issue approach lead to some factual and perspetive errors to be introduced to the story. The revised comic will eliminate those errors and provide a clearer, more concise and accurate portrayal of the events covered in Series One. We've also got a talented young artist on board who will provide pics to go alongside our normal photo-style of cartooning ... sweet. The entire process should take about three months :)
- Second. The next series of Gruntman & Geek will be a multimedia extravaganza ;) We now have the technology to include video clips, links and audio within the pdf file ... This will enable us to integrate our podcast and music all within the comic series ... sweet. Expect the first of issue of series two in about three months time :)

Sorry about the delay, guys! I've changed over to a new comic making program and it's taken longer than expected to get used to it. At least now the pdf sizes will be WAY smaller :)
A few things ...
First up, I've decided to ditch the intro. If you don't know who Gruntman & Geek are by now, then read the previous issues.
Secondly, I might hold off from releasing an issue at the end of June and release a double issue at the end of July. The reason being is I need some shots from Thailand for BOTH issues and I'm not in Thailand until July 8th. Sorry about the delay, but hopefully it'll be worth it :)
And finally, I'd like to give a special shout out to our Eastern European readers. I don't know why it's doing so well over there, but I'm very pleased to have you all aboard :)

I've just finished February's issue of Gruntman & Geek. This episode highlights the compulsive anger-response that often arises from unresolved guilt. It also provides a metaphor for the destructive social outcomes associated with the legion of insidious junk-food ideologies that permeate and distort western values, attitudes and life-choices. And finally, this episode accentuates how totally cool & bad-ass Gruntman and Geek really are ;)

Comic Gruntman & Geek Issue III
Wednesday, January 28, 2009 at 6:18AM I've just finished January's issue of Gruntman & Geek. It's the final part of the 'introductory trilogy'. Which basically means from here on in our heroes actually get to fight bad guys instead of showing off their warm and sensitive sides :)
Don't complain to me about the size of the file ... It was originally 250Mb, so I think I did good to get it down to 70Mb. If anyone knows how I can make the comic smaller please let me know.
